• Service guarantee and refunds: your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed correction. All services are non-refundable.
• We guarantee our customers nails against breakage for 3 days from the service date.
• There are no guarnatees for customers with short nail beds when artificial nails are applied on.
• Please take the time to dry your nails completely, we cannot be responsible for repolish once you leave the salon, but we will be more than happy to do a one time touch-up.
• We cannot guarantee polish on natural nails since it does not last long.
• We are not responsible for any irritation or allergic reactions associated with the wax. If you have allergies to the wax or any medication that may result in an allergic reaction from the wax, you must tell us before we start the process.
• Parents/ Guardians must be responsible for any activities or incidents caused by your children. Also children are NOT allowed to run around in the salon.
• Customers shall be responsible for all of your valuables and personal belongings.
• Gift certificates are non-refundable. They can only be used for services.
• If you have any pre-existing medical conditions such as diabetes, open cuts/wounds, fungal nail infection, allergies, etc. please inform us before we perform the service.
• If you are allergic to latex gloves, please inform us so we may use a different material for your safety.
